For detailed instructions, I leave you with words

Gianni Alemanno, Mayor of Rome

"What fascinated me most about this project is the fidelity and accuracy in three-dimensional reconstruction of Imperial Rome . Thanks to Ancient Rome in 3D Google will be possible for anyone, in Rome as in Calcutta over the Internet, go back in time to the discovery of the City as it appeared 1.6 88 years ago at the time of ' Emperor Constantine.

Ancient Rome Google is a powerful incentive to rediscover the greatness of Roman civilization that then
and at the base of our identity as Italians, Europeans and, more generally, of Western. Archaeological, artistic and monumental Roman Empire spans several continents, but in the capital (at the time of the Romans was Caput Mundi ) has its primary focus.

Works like the Coliseum (one of the seven wonders of the world) have been able to defeat the very tough test of time, resisting for centuries to looting, invasions and wars, witnessing with the immortality of rock the size of one of the most majestic empire never existed.

The idea that today, thanks to the evolution of virtual reality combined with the large capacity of the Web, you can travel in time and visit the city to administer as it was in 320 AD excites me and fills me with pride, having inherited as Mayor of this city also its glorious past.

The presentation of the three-dimensional layer Ancient Rome 3D classroom Giulio Cesare, proprio sotto la sua grande statua di marmo, è stata una scelta vincente, soprattutto per promuovere e far comprendere la grandezza di questa città a livello globale."
